The backbone of company is multi-disciplinary consulting services panning spectrum of Sustainability, CFD Modeling, Wind studies, Fire engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health and Low Voltage systems to a broad range of market segment including Hotels, Hospitals, Education, Commercial, Residential & Industrial facilities.

Headquartered in New Delhi, AEON Integrated Building Design Consultants is equipped to handle both International & Domestic assignments and has the facility of video conferencing, as well as familiarity of working through electronic communication means like Webex, FTP sites etc. The focus of delivery is towards innovative solutions by shelving the conventional thumb rule based designs and in-place adopting an integrated approach which marries the Digital Twinning of Building with traditional engineering to arrive at cost effective & optimized solutions which provides an opportunity to Owners for making an educated life cycle based choices. Thus, the designs are a perfect blend of building physics and engineering that ensure lower operating cost, higher sustainability index and finally a USP to distinguish the project amongst its contemporaries.

“AEON Integrated Building Design Consultants LLP” is a Consultancy firm engaged in design of MEP, Sustainability. The team members association with Construction industry goes over 25 years and have worked on Electro-mechanical system design for over 2000 projects across India.

At AEON, we challenge the conventional ideas and follow an Integrated design process which is a pre-requisite for high performance buildings. We have named our design approach as “Vikalp : An Alternate” and our strength lies in deploying cutting edge computer simulations to enhance the building MEP systems performance through detailed analysis of building Architecture, Landscape and other disciplines covering aspects like Thermal Comfort, Indoor Environment Quality, Heat islands, Micro-climate generation, CFD models, Day-lighting, enhanced ventilation etc.  Our proof of success may be validated through the AEON Group client list which comprises of reputed business houses in India like RMZ, Haldiram, ITC, Brookfield, GMR, Adani, Tata, Birla, EIH, GVK, Max Healthcare, Fortis Hospitals, Shapoorji, Shipra, Emmar etc. and several Infrastructure projects like Nagpur Metro, Pune Metro, Nagpur Railway Station, Bengaluru Airport etc.  The design team is 80 members strong with over 200 on-going projects ranging from Industrial, Commercial, Hospitality, Healthcare, Offices, Residential and Institutional.

History

The founder, Ashish Rakheja along with a team of dynamic sustainability experts and engineers shared a dream of Vikalp, which is an alternate approach to design by moving away from age old practices. Their mantra of thinking out of box paved way for creating AEON Integrated Building Design Consultants LLP. Mr. Rakheja moved out of after a long career of 23 years in earlier Spectral Services Consultant (now AECOM India Pvt. Ltd.). Before leaving, he held many positions including Chief Operating Officer, Managing Director and Vice President.

Team Strength

AEON Integrated Building Design Consultants LLP is part of AEON Group and operates out of 10,000 sft office space with overall 80 to 150-200 No. team members in the organization. On its own, it derives support from its 10 key associates and an in-house senior sustainability expert. Besides, it has drafting and support staff. AEON draws its strength from collective experience of its team members who excel in their respective areas. It comprises of dedicated HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing / Fire and Sustainability leaders.
