Privacy notice

Who we are

AEON Integrated Building Design Consultants LLP, A-122, Sector 136, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201305, India. We collect the details you send and we keep them.

What we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the type, city, size and stage of the building if you give them, and your message.
• Job application form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the position you choose, your message if you write one, and your CV.
• With either form: the date and time you sent it, the version of this notice you agreed to, the country your connection comes from and the address of the page you sent it from. Your IP address is used only for the security check and to limit abuse of the forms; we do not store it.
• If you send us a privacy request with the form below: your email address, what you ask for and your message.
• We do not ask for sensitive details such as health or bank details, or identity numbers like Aadhaar or PAN. Please leave them out of your message and your CV.

Why we use it

• Enquiries: to answer you about your project and to follow it up with you.
• Job applications: to consider you for the position you chose. If you chose the talent network, to consider you for openings that come up during the 12 months we keep your application.
• We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell them.

Who sees it

• The people at AEON who answer enquiries and handle recruitment.
• Service providers who process it for us, only on our instructions: Cloudflare (runs this website, stores the forms and runs the security check), Resend (delivers each form to our inbox) and Microsoft (our email). Some of them process data outside India, under data protection terms that require them to keep it secure and use it only for us.
• We share your details with no one else, unless a law requires us to.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries for 24 months, job applications including the CV for 12 months, and privacy requests for 36 months as the record that we answered them - each from the day you send it. The website then deletes them automatically, and we delete the copies in our email within the same period.
• If you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete your details, we stop using them at once and delete them, unless a law requires us to keep them for longer.

How we protect it

The forms travel over an encrypted connection. Only the people who run this website can open the stored forms, and only the people at AEON who handle them receive them by email. A security check keeps automated spam out of the forms.

Your rights

• You can ask us for a summary of the details we hold about you and who we have shared them with.
• You can ask us to correct, complete, update or delete them.
• You can withdraw your consent. We then stop using your details; what we did before you withdrew remains lawful.
• You can name someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or cannot do so yourself.
• To do any of this, use the form under "Withdraw your consent", or write to himani@aeonconsultants.in from the email address you used in the form. If you write from another address, tell us which one you used, so we can find your details.

Withdraw your consent

Fill in the short form below with the email address you used - that is all it takes. We stop using your details, delete them and confirm once it is done.

Questions and complaints

• Himani (Senior Manager, Learning and Development), our Grievance Officer, answers questions and complaints about your details at himani@aeonconsultants.in. We reply within one month.
• If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. The law asks you to come to us first.

Also good to know

• These forms are not meant for anyone under 18.
• This notice is also available in Hindi or another language of the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India: write to himani@aeonconsultants.in.
• When we change this notice, we update the date at the top. Each form records which version you agreed to.
• We follow the Information Technology Act, 2000 with its 2011 rules on personal data, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 with its 2025 rules.
