Seawoods Grand Central is L&T Realty’s 40-acre development built over Seawoods-Darave station in Navi Mumbai, combining a 1.2 million sq ft mall, now Nexus Seawoods, with office towers. It opened in phases from 2017 and is rated LEED Gold.
