OMG Mixed-Use Development Noida

OMG was Bayaweaver’s design for a 1.9 million sq ft mixed-use development on a 4.67-acre site on the Noida Expressway in Sector 129: a mall, a 350-key Radisson RED hotel and about 800 serviced studios in a 38-storey tower. The project stalled, and in 2021 the site passed to Saya Group, which is building a different scheme there.
